Terms of Use and Commercial Services

Version 1 · Published 2026-10-27

1. Operator and scope Mychoice Awards LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, operates myChoice Awards. Contact support@mychoiceawards.com or /contact. These terms describe the service rules. When you expressly accept these terms in a transaction or account flow, that acceptance applies to the version presented. A directory listing created from public information does not by itself mean its owner agreed to a contract or purchased a service.

2. What recognition means myChoice Awards is a private community-voting program, not a government agency, licensing authority, accreditation body, independent inspection service or guarantee of business quality. A directory listing, nomination and published award are different. Recognition identifies the applicable category, area and year and reflects valid votes under the Voting Rules. Check a provider's actual qualifications and licensing independently. Voting, basic participation and earned winner recognition are free. A purchase, referral, invitation or marketing subscription does not add votes or improve an award or scholarship decision. Paid placements are labeled Sponsored.

3. Accounts, authority and conduct Provide accurate information and protect account links and codes. Business representatives must have authority to manage the business and must complete the claim/review process. Do not impersonate others, submit another person's verification code, manipulate votes, buy or sell votes, create automated voting traffic, access private records without authorization, upload unlawful material or interfere with the service. No account grants access to another business's records. Children under 13 must not submit personal information. A person making a purchase, granting content rights or accepting a legally binding business obligation must have legal capacity and authority; a minor must use an authorized parent or guardian for those acts.

4. Content and business marks You retain ownership of content you lawfully provide. You grant Mychoice Awards LLC a nonexclusive license to host, display, format, resize and distribute that content as needed for the profile, campaign materials and services you request. You must have the rights and permissions needed for the text, photographs, logos and identifiable people you submit. This does not transfer ownership of your business marks to us. We may remove or restrict unlawful, misleading, infringing or abusive content and investigate reports. Contact support with the affected page, the rights or factual issue, your contact information and supporting evidence. Do not include sensitive identity documents unless a secure, necessary verification process is arranged. Removal from a public page does not require destruction of lawful dispute or audit evidence. A listing is not permission to imply a business endorses the operator.

5. Award and campaign materials Use nominee and winner materials only for the business, category, geographic area, year and status they actually identify. Do not alter them to imply government approval, an independent quality inspection, a different ranking or an award that has not been published. Do not remove a required sponsorship or business-connection disclosure. Materially misleading use may result in withdrawal of permission to use the affected materials, with the reason documented.

6. Optional paid services and refunds Paid services are available only through an enabled checkout or a separate written order. Before payment, the order must identify the product, total price, any applicable tax, deliverables and delivery period. No recurring charge is authorized by these general terms alone. We do not charge merely because a business is listed or wins. You may cancel before we begin the purchased work and before access to the purchased digital deliverable is supplied, for a refund of that order's price. After work or delivery begins, we will refund the unperformed or undelivered portion; any retained charge must correspond to a disclosed, reasonably allocated portion actually performed or supplied. If we cannot provide the promised service, we will offer a correction, replacement acceptable to you, or refund for the affected portion. No clause removes mandatory refund, chargeback or other legal rights. Contact support with your order reference; do not send full card details. Buying promotion is payment for a service, not a representation that you made a tax-deductible charitable donation. The Net Proceeds Policy explains the scholarship commitment and cost deductions. We do not guarantee sales, traffic, award placement or a particular tax treatment.

7. Scholarships and business connections Scholarships are governed by the Eligibility, Scholarship Selection, Conflict of Interest and Net Proceeds policies and the published round details. No application guarantees an award or federal financial aid. Payments go to the recipient's selected eligible school, not as cash to the recipient. The organizer also operates Tri Delta Fye, LLC d/b/a Winder CNA Training. Any participation by Winder CNA Training involves that business connection. Separate LLC status does not make an affiliated award an independent endorsement. Conflicted personnel must follow the recusal policy.

8. Service changes and fair administration We may correct errors, maintain the service, restrict abusive access or suspend an affected feature for security, legal or operational reasons. Material competition changes must be documented and communicated; they must not secretly change rules to favor a participant or purchaser. If an interruption prevents delivery of a paid service, the refund provisions above apply. Existing records and terms versions are preserved where needed for transactions and disputes.

9. Disputes and legal rights Contact support to seek a practical resolution. Contacting us does not waive a legal claim or extend a statutory deadline. Georgia law governs to the extent applicable, together with controlling federal law and any mandatory protections that cannot lawfully be displaced. A court must have proper jurisdiction and venue. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or a waiver of the right to report concerns to a regulator. We are responsible for obligations the law places on us. We do not warrant the independent services of listed businesses or promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, or excuses fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence.

10. Versions and electronic records Keep a copy of the terms and any order you accept. Electronic transactions require the relevant person's intent, authority and agreement to transact electronically; a typed name or system log alone does not conclusively establish those facts. Material changes apply prospectively with notice and any legally required assent, not as a silent rewrite of an existing order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining lawful provisions continue to apply.
